I downloaded Chrome last night to give it a while and was initially impressed by the UI and the slinky speed at which it worked.

Although a BETA Chrome is a great piece of polished software. Upon installation it handily imported all of my Firefox bookmarks, keeping them in the correct folders and displaying them on the Chrome interface.
And of course, since its Google, the search bar is excellent. They have done away with the standard address bar/search panels and merged the 2 to make a single, intuitive tool.
I was pretty close to pressing the “make Chrome my default browser” when I realised that I would be making a huge mistake.
As nice as the browser is, there is currently no support for modules/add-ons (like Firefox) and because its a Google application one VERY important add-on is never going to be welcome. I am of course talking about Ad-Block Plus.
