I just got the most wonderful email from Be Broadband regarding my internet service:

Be unlimited £18 per month
Be unlimited is one of the fastest broadband products available in the UK. Before today the price was £24 per month for the up to 24 Mbps downstream and up to 1.3 upstream speeds, but we have now reduced it to £18 per month. Be unlimited is also a completely uncapped service so members can surf as much as they like and members also have the option of either dynamic or static IP address at no extra cost.

In addition, there will no longer be an additional charge for a static IP with Be Unlimited.

I’ve been using Be’s 24mb unlimited service for about 6 months now and after my hellish experience with Sky they are a breath of fresh air.

I always thought £24 was a little bit expensive considering companies such as TalkTalk/Sky/Tesco now have free or greatly reduced broadband services on the market but at £18 you really can’t complain! Its worth it for what is a MASSIVE upload speed which really makes torrents and online gaming (Xbox Live!) fly!
